When I receive a group email from St. Justin, I receive multiple copies – four to one email account and two to another. How can I receive just one email?
For emails sent by individuals, it is not unusual for multiple copies to be sent because of the way the families are grouped. When you have children in different grade levels you might receive one email sent to one grade level and another copy sent to another grade level. And occasionally people get a little impatient. If they don’t see their own copy in their inbox right away, they send it again. But if you think you should really only have received one copy and you can tell from the times that they were sent together, then I can have you forward the duplicates to me and I can check the logs to count how many sends went out.
