I cannot delete a comment on a report card. The comment is in there twice and the second one has the wrong name on it. I also cannot access the edit part of the comments.

All the way to the left of the comment, you should see a Delete link. The comment table has two columns, the first with the comment and the second with the Delete link. If you can’t see the second column, it might have spilled off your screen and you will need to scroll to see it.
